Bad news..

The letter I received was quick and to the point. I could tell the writer had a shaky hand. I could tell it hurt Xephos to write those 3 sentences. It simply said:
“Dear Fumblemore,
Today we lost a great friend. Knight Peculiar is dead. We will carry on it was what he would want.

Xephos”
If I had not been sitting at my crafting table I would have fell. I looked over to my picture of him. Back when he was young and I thought nothing could stop him. I held it with shaky hands and wept for my friend. Wishing there was a spell that could turn back time..
